Job Description
- Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
- Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals.
- Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.
- Advising on improvements and new strategies.
- Keeping track of materials and ordering more when required.
- Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.
- Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
- Visiting all the sites of the company projects weekly and writing reports contains all the tasks & achievements.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in civil or architecture engineering with 7-10 years of Experience
• Technically strong in project cost planning, procurement, and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and meticulousness.
• Negotiation skills with vendors & subcontractors – interpersonal skill
• MS office, Primavera, AutoCAD is a plus
