Job Description
- Actively prospect and identify potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and social media channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, educating them on FlapKap's services and advantages.
- Present and demonstrate FlapKap's financing solutions, effectively conveying the value proposition and benefits.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement tailored strategies to close deals and achieve revenue targets.
- Follow up with leads and negotiate terms of engagement to ensure successful conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and continuously update the CRM system.
Job Requirements
- Proven track record of success in sales or telesales roles, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Strong persuasive communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate complex concepts.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and objection handling skills, with the ability to overcome objections and close deals.
- High level of professionalism and integrity, with a strong customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
- Familiarity with digital-native businesses and an understanding of their financing requirements will be an advantage.
- Fluency in English is a MUST
