Job Description
- Lead proactive talent sourcing efforts through various channels such as employee referrals, company career sites, job boards, social media platforms, trade publications, etc.
- Manage high volume application intake processes including screening, phone and video interviews.
- Assess applicant skills, experiences and fit for company values through structured interviews.
- Coordinate recruitment process including assessment testing, reference/background checks and planning interviews.
- Guide hiring managers on most suitable candidates, provide interview debriefs, facilitate compensation negotiations.
- Foster recruit relationships through continuous engagement during hiring stages.
- Track and provide recruiting metrics related to source of hire, time to fill, cost per hire and retention rates.
- Stay on top of latest trends in talent acquisition technology and best practices for manufacturing space.
- Attend job fairs, community events and college campuses virtually or in-person for brand awareness and candidate networking.
Job Requirements
- BA/BS degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 3:5 years experience in recruiting, specifically for manufacturing roles Blue and White Collars.
- Males Only Can Apply.
- Solid understanding of talent acquisition concepts and methodology.
- Experience using various sourcing channels like job boards, social media, etc.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
