Job Description
- Achieve target sales volume
- Promote the company’s services by addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
- Finding out new areas, new customers in order to increase the market coverage.
- Identifying new business opportunities, including new markets, new clients, new partnerships or new products and services
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers gauging their needs and developing proposals to address these needs.
- Creating strategies to successfully reach new business opportunities
- Quotation/tender presentation & follow-up and manage bids activity, in coordination with Technical and tendering departments.
- Make client presentations that promote price value advantage
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
- Submit accurate sales and forecasts weekly and monthly sales activity reports
- Negotiate, discuss and prepare sales offers and tender proposal.
- Providing his manager with all required reports.
- Opening new markets and increase coverage for customers.
- Effectively communicate client needs to the R&D teams for future product enhancements and customer satisfaction.
- Collect and document competitive intelligence.
- Maintain and accurately update customer records and database.
- Efficiently respond to all customer enquiries in a timely manner.
- Work closely and effectively with the marketing and production teams when needed in order to ensure that all B2B contracts are delivered at a high standard and in due time.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Sales Engineer In the field of Design
- Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with senior executives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Owning a car is a must.
- BSc in Engineering, Marketing, Sales, or relevant field.
- Experience in multi type of projects (Commercial, Residential, Concrete, … etc.) .
- Ability to generate leads, build Pipelines, and sales forecasts.
- Good listening, negotiation, and Professional attitude and appearance at all times.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Must have Sales experience and market knowledge.
- Time management and planning skills.
- Ability to work effectively with senior management.
- Experience in business development and sales
- Ability to analyze market trends and competition
- Proficiency in market research and data analysis
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal/relationship building skills.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital advertising tactics.
