Job Description
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, or Sales
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management roles with a proven track record of achieving targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Demonstrated understanding of the payments industry and relevant technologies such as Point of Sale systems, cards, and online payments
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and metrics to make informed decisions
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
