Hello everyone,
We're FPC Textiles, the subsidiary of the Saudi company contributing to the mother company FIPCO for packaging and filling.
We're looking for an experienced and talented Financial Manager, for a role that involves overseeing financial activities and accounts management. The primary responsibilities include financial analysis, budgeting & forecasting, and it's preferred to have previous work experience in Saudi Arabia.
As a Financial Manager, your responsibilities will include managing financial operations and developing financial management strategies tailored to the industry. This involves conducting financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting specifically for the textile sector. You will be also responsible for monitoring financial performance and preparing accurate financial reports for management, implementing cost control measures & identifying opportunities for cost optimization, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and industry-specific accounting standards. Additionally, you will play a key role in developing and implementing financial strategies to support the growth and profitability of the organization. Also, effective collaboration with the internal stakeholders is necessary to ensure smooth financial operations, and providing financial guidance and support to the team.

- Education & Experience:
- A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is typically required. A master's or PhD degree can be highly preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in financial management, accounting, orin related roles.
- Proven work experience in financial management, accounting, or a similar role within The Textile Industry.
- Familiarity with financial tools & software for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Knowledge of The Textile Industry's specific financial regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Technical Skills:
- Already used to using MS Dynamics very well.
- Proficient in using treasury management software, such as:-Treasury Management Systems (e.g., SAP Treasury, Oracle Treasury), Cash management software (e.g., Kyriba, Bellin), Foreign exchange management tools (e.g., FiREapps, Kantox), along with having expertise in cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and working capital optimization.
- Proficiency in using spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel) for advanced financial modeling and analysis.
- Strong understanding of financial risk management, including hedging strategies and derivatives.
- Familiarity with banking operations, account management, and electronic fund transfers.
- Knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and industry best practices related to treasury management.
- Financial Skills:
- Strong financial analysis skills and the ability to interpret financial data within The Textile Industry.
- Experience in financial reporting and preparing financial statements for textile operations.
- Knowledge of The Textile Industry's specific tax regulations and compliance requirements.
- Analytical and organizational skills:
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail within The Textile Industry.
- Ability to analyze complex financial data specific to textile operations and provide industry-specific insights.
& it's really vital for us that you already have many years of experience in this focused area.
Also, kindly mention in full detail if you already have previous experience(s) doing the same for factories or industrial companies especially if in The Textile Industry and if in Saudi Arabia, and we'd like to also know about the free & paid related tools & software that you already used to, and which ones you already have premium access to.
Also, kindly note that you must have Arabic as one of your spoken languages and that there will be a featured test project for the shortlisted candidates as a part of the hiring process.
