Job Description
responsibility
- Domain Controller
- Accountable for support and maintenance of printers, Meeting room automation,
Video Conference systems, Telephone systems, Digital Signage system and
access control systems. - Make sure escalations are dealt with, managed and minimized whilst remaining
calm in situations of conflict. - responsible for the day-to-day IT operations, scheduling and technical
support of the company’s infrastructure and computers etc. - Firewall
- File Server
- IP Came
- End User support
- Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role
- Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
Job Requirements
- Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems major
- Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in teams
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
