Job Description

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Program Project Manager. The Program Project Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with expediting, expediting inspections, project management, and logistics management. The role includes coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of projects and monitoring project progress and performances.

Job Responsibilities:

Project Coordination: Manage and coordinate all aspects of the project, including the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure. Ensure that project deadlines are met in a timely manner.

Client Management: Act as the main point of contact for all client communication. Develop and maintain strong relationships with all clients. Provide regular project updates and ensure their expectations are managed effectively.

Team Coordination: Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Communicate clear instructions to team members and manage their task execution.

Task Supervision: Monitor all team members involved in the project to ensure the tasks are carried out as planned. Follow up consistently to ensure on-time completion of tasks.

Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks within the project. Fully assess the impact of project changes and deal with issues as they arise, quickly and decisively.

Quality Assurance: Evaluate the outcome of each project, identify areas for improvement, and implement improvements in planning and execution for future projects.

 

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in project management.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of project management tools.
  • Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong leadership qualities and ability to navigate team dynamics.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and provide solutions.
  • Excellent English proficiency.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is mandatory.
