Job Description
- Develop the work plan within the Department of Stamps and distribute key tasks to engineers and supervisors.
- Distribute tasks inside the production hall on the instructions of the plant manager.
- Decommissioning of stamps and stamping problems.
- Follow-up production plan for the "hot forging" and "plumbing" departments with the production planning department.
- Follow-up on the implementation of occupational safety and health procedures in the workplace.
- Follow-up implementation of 5s actions in the workplace.
- Receive corrective actions from the QC department and arrange to repair the required tasks with supervisors.
- Follow up on the manufacture of spare parts required from various plant departments.
- align with the mold manager to make the main decisions related to the work within the production hall.
- Oversee the implementation of the plans, programs, and policies developed by the company management, and ensure the safety and accuracy of their implementation on time.
- Supervise the implementation of all required procedures in the production hall.
- identify training needs of employees to develop their abilities and career skills in the working environment and in line with the company vision and objectives.
- Develop subordinates' abilities, skills, and knowledge by providing the necessary training opportunities, both internships and exterior.
- Work to build and develop the spirit of the team.
- Prepare and evaluate periodic reports on staff member; performance and managerial achievements with a view to improving performance and workflow.
- Participate in knowledge management processes and rely on the nature of work to develop the working environment and staff development.
Job Requirements
- Metals Background is a must
- Experienced in AutoCAD and Mold designing
- Able to work in BNS Plant
