Job Description
- Inventory Management: Maintain a comprehensive inventory of spare parts and accessories required for supporting the SLA.
- Keep track of stock level, reorder the lead times to ensure that quantities of spare parts are available at all times.
- Fill the MMC's stock with enough spare parts needed for the SLA.
- Update HP portal with daily used spare parts in order to cover the used parts.
- Warranty and Returns, Handle warranty claims, returns, and exchanges for defective or faulty spare parts. Process RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) requests.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of spare parts inventory, transactions, and performance metrics.
- Forecasting and Planning: Analyze usage, demand, and historical data to forecast spare parts requirements and anticipate future needs.
- Follow The client Security standards and safety rules.
