Job Description

Key areas of responsibility:Respond and handle all type of enquires, requests and issues whether general, technical or operational received through M2’s channels and platforms (Emails, Chats or Social Media DMsAdhere to working hours and breaksChecks all channels for new contacts and pending ticketsAvoiding tickets to breach and impact SLAsEscalates pending and new tickets to relevant departmentsOwn the follow up to resolutionHandle customers with care and respectFollows leadership directions and goalsReports VOC (Voice of customer) to CX leadershipReports any system issues/errors/technical problems on spotFlags any immediate attention concerns or issuesCompetencies and skills:Previous experience in Crypto/FinTech Space. Bachelor's Degree. At least 2 years of experience in similar role/position.Full proficiency in Spanish and English.
