Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive market research to understand product functionalities, target market demographics, and overarching business goals.
- Analyze competitors and identify strategic market positioning for our products.
- Define clear go-to-market (GTM) objectives and establish success metrics to measure product performance.
- Research market trends and identify untapped opportunities for product innovation.
- Analyze the competitive landscape to determine product differentiation and positioning strategies.
- Evaluate product concepts and define compelling unique selling points (USPs).
- Define Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) aligned with broader business objectives.
- Analyze user feedback and translate insights into actionable product features.
- Collaborate closely with the UX team to design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
- Translate product requirements into detailed technical documentation and oversee the development process.
- Identify target demographics and create detailed buyer personas.
- Gather valuable customer insights through interviews to identify pain points and areas for improvement.
- Develop comprehensive sales and marketing plans to drive product adoption.
- Organize and execute product launch activities, including coordinated marketing campaigns.
- Develop a tailored strategy that aligns with the overarching business objectives.
- Enhance product-market fit by closely aligning product development with market needs.
- Develop a data-driven product roadmap that prioritizes features for maximum value.
- Streamline development processes to potentially reduce time-to-market and operational costs.
- Ensure the successful launch and market adoption of products through targeted GTM strategies and coordinated marketing efforts.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven work experience in product management or as an associate product manager.
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
- Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
- Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job.
- Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.
- Previous experience in the gaming industry is preferred.
