Responsibilities

Supervising on Preparing medications and executing prescription orders and controlling technical matters for calibers working in the pharmacy.
Ordering pharmacy supplies and controlling the inventory on a daily basis.
Enforcing best practice protocols when storing prescription medications and controlled substances.
Verifying prescription details with the healthcare specialists who prescribed them, when required.
Supervising his team about the recommended use, dosage, and possible side-effects of medication for cases.
Verifying expiry dates.
Monitoring product displays and shelves, as well as the general appearance of the pharmacy.
Supervising on addressing cases’ requests and complaints and revising them with concerned departments as soon as possible.
Appointing and training new pharmacy employees and scheduling shifts .
Preparing all reports related to the pharmacy, including medications needs, medication delivery plan, patient receipt report, and any report requested from senior management .
Commitment to work within the policies of quality control and public safety.
Keeping records of patients' cases and information .
Developing a documentary course for the dispensing of medicines and pharmacy balances.
Work to provide fast and distinguished service to patients .
Dealing with patients in a tactful manner
Supervising and coordinating the delivery of medicines to patients
