Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking) is essential. Proficiency in additional languages is a benefit but is not required.
Computer Skills: Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word, email, internet usage, and social media communication. Willingness to learn and adapt to additional programs and systems.
Communication Abilities: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and external agencies/vendors.
Client Interaction: Ability to engage with clients and external agencies to obtain new projects and maintain positive relationships.
Project Management Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Flexibility: Ability to adapt to a hybrid work model and flexible shift schedules, including night shifts from home.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, demonstrating flexibility, adaptability, and a positive attitude.

Education and Experience:

A bachelor's degree in translation, linguistics, communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Prior experience in translation, project management, or client communication roles is advantageous.
Proficiency in translation software and tools (e.g., CAT tools like SDL Trados, memoQ, or Memsource) is preferred but not mandatory.
