Job: English Teacher at Futures Educational Systems in Cairo, Egypt

 Providing a variety of classroom techniques and methods.  Maintaining a balanced Teacher-Student-Parent relationship.  Working on cultivating the students’ personality while stressing on principles and manners.  Using techniques and methodologies appropriate to student abilities.  Preparing effectively for daily lesson plans.  Providing documentation of students’ progress.  Providing timely and accurate feedback documentation to students, parents and concerned staff members.  Assigning and checking homework and providing feedback to students.  Maintaining appropriate records of student performance.  Developing written rules of classroom behaviour and communicating those rules with all students.  Engaging every student in appropriate learning experiences that promote performance.  Assisting and guiding students in preparing broadcast programs for the morning lines.  Listening and interacting effectively with students, parents, colleagues and community members respecting diverse perspectives.  Using formal and informal assessment strategies to determine whether students have achieved high standards and modifies instructional strategies as needed to maximize achievement.  Seeking resources necessary to achieve classroom and FES goals within the Ministry of Education mainframe.  Complying with health and safety rules and regulations as first priority.  Performing other related duties as required.
