About the Job

• Perform office duties related to maintaining records(appointments,files,emails,min.of meetings, store records & staff data)& providing back up. • Sustain & accurate HC reports. • Follow up on received CVs & pending cases. • We care effective cases closure & responds to all staff requests ,needs & concerns with feedback. • Arrange meetings, agendas, messages(voice & mails). • Ensure meeting minutes are noted & done on time. • follow up for action items achievements ,milestones & updated delegated tasks to ensure progress to deadline. • Coordinate for the panel interviews with the HR & follow up on hiring the sales force team for each outlet according to HC plan. • Handling outgoing /incoming correspondence priorities & follow up to ensure urgent items are handled properly & timely. • Contact/coordinate with other dept.internal/external for any issue related to the dept. • Provide all required reports & analysis related to call center dept. • Responsible for monitoring call center daily performance in all aspects with feedback. • Act on behalf of HOD when needed.
