Sales (Outdoor/Commission Based) Description This position involves pitching Kareerak’s services to companies of different sizes. The main objective is to sell job posts to companies. Sales person will receive 10 percent of the sale. Keep in mind however that this position is solely commission based with no salary. Duties and Responsibilities Understand products and services and regularly look out for opportunities • Relationship development and management with potential clients to ensure growth. Identify potential targets to reach out to. Qualifications Mature and responsible, with strong commitment to service excellence Preferably Diploma or Degree holder with at least 1 year of sales experience Students with sales experienced are also welcomed.
