About the Job

A. Job Overview:

  1. The Software Support personnel will support the client in technical problems they may have in the operation of the CATOS applications.


B.  Duties and responsibilities:

  1. Installs, Tests, and maintains a variety of software systems Developed by ORACLE Data Base and other programing Language.
  2. System analysis for diagnostic tests.
  3. Supports the client through (Bug tracing system, e-mail, Phone).
  4. Takes appropriate action to ensure the satisfaction of the client in short period of time.


C. Candidate Qualifications:

  1. Fluent English language.
  2. BS Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  3. good knowledge of Data Base concepts.
  4. Ability to follow manuals and read complicated instructions.
  5. Good communication skills.
  6. Can work under pressure and a good team Player.
  7. Military service is exempted.
  8. Living in Egypt, Cairo.
