About the Job

Responsible for greeting people in person at the office. Also greet people on the telephone. Must be able to give correct information, take messages when needed, and transfer calls to the right people in the office. Has to deal with all sorts of correspondence. Compose and type many types of office correspondence. Opens and sorts mail and send mail.
Gathers and analyzes data. Compile information from sources given into a well defined report.
Prepares paperwork for filing. Responsible for creating a new filing system. Responsible for adding new material. Responsible for keeping the filing system organized.

Responsible for making the copies of paperwork in the office. In charge of the fax machine. Send out faxes and keep track of faxes that are sent into the office. Then distribute the faxes to whoever the faxes were sent to.

Able to organize not only their own schedules, but also those of their managers. Being able to multitask is a benefit.

Job Qualifications:

Pretty looking, Presentable and smart. Word processing, writing, and communication skills are essential.
Knowledge of computer software applications, such as desktop publishing, project management, spreadsheets, and database management.
Discretion, good judgment, organizational or management ability, initiative, and the ability to work independently are especially important.
Proficient with computers and comfortable with using office equipment like fax machines, copiers, scanners and multi-line phone systems.
Good communication skills are a must.
