Job: Business Development Specialist at DrBridge in Cairo, Egypt

Basic Functions:

• Direct one to one sales
• Build Potential Customer Data Base
• Monitor the competition market

Areas of Activity:

• Plan, organize and attend all direct one to one sales meetings with customers at their location
• Plan and organize daily work schedule
• Plan and organize all activities and efforts to achieve the assigned targets as per the communicated sales plan.
• Follow up on existing customers and define potential customers
• Follow up on the service delivery with the CRH department
• Monitor and report customer satisfaction and adoption level to the CRH department
• Recommend changes in product, service and policy by evaluating results of the competitor development
• Assist in resolving customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
• Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
