Job: Administrative Clinic Assistant at Tabibi247 in Cairo, Egypt

Background: 
Tabibi 24/7is the modern pediatric service provider for Cairo. We provide doctor housecalls in several areas of Cairo. We also operate a clinic in Maadi and will open the second one in Sheikh Zayed in July. The clinic is in the Medipoint Medical Complex in downtown Zayed and will be very modern and fully equipped. The clinic will be open six days per week from 12-7. For this time, we are looking for a good administrative clinic manager to represent our company in Sheikh Zayed. 

Job Content:
• Welcome patients to the clinic and make them feel at home
• Enter / retrieve patient data into / from the online database / answer phone calls and inquiries 
• Participate in customer relations management activities
• Create / modify documents (training can be provided):
    o Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Ensure clinic is clean & tidy (full cleaning will be provided by an external cleaning company)
• Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
• Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
• Ordering stationery, office equipment and consumables
• Manage and report daily clinic cash • Other duties as assigned

Working hours
• 12 PM – 7 PM


Reporting line
• Operations Director

Experience
• Past experience in a modern office/company clinic/environment
• Experience in the medical field is a plus
• Unusual / extraordinary experience / achievements a plus

Other Requirements
• Professional appearance
• Good English, spoken and written
• Arabic and English typing ability
• Comfortable with usage of computers, internet
• Friendly attitude
• Meticulous and quality oriented
• Reliable, confident, with good initiative
• Ability to work under pressure
