Receive clients’ requests and report it to the Travel Manager.

Receive the clients’ requests from the Travel Manager after reviewing it.

Communicate with the client to discuss more detail about his requirement and the available budget.

Present all available options that meet his requirements.

Communicate with all related departments to gather all data required for preparing the quotation.

Prepare the related quotation and give it to the travel manager for review and approval.
