Job: Project Manager at Egypro in Cairo, Egypt

-Scheduling and planning for the project in order to get the project finished in the  scheduled time
-Interact with the site problems and handle any technical issues in order to avoid in technical mistakes
-Responsible for coaching and training subordinates in order to maximize their capabilities
- Warehousing and logistics as per requests from the site engineer to fulfil the business needs
-Able to manage sub contractors and teams in order to get the aimed resultsResponsible for the results of the team and their quality of work
-Set short term plans in the organization in order to ensure smooth work flow
-As a specialized in his operation set some of the policies or procedures with the coordination with his manager according to the business needs
-Train, Coach, Appraise, and supervise his teamRepresents the company in front of Clients and Contractors.
-English is a must
