• Oversee and support the achievement of market growth and sales goals for the region by setting overall geographic and account strategies and ensuring tactical implementation of defined plans.
• Lead sales team to develop plans to expand business with existing high value customers.
• Coach, Hire, Recruit, Develop and motivate direct reports achieve proficiency within established competencies.
• Set and maintain expense budget for department.
• Develop sales standards and guidelines.
• Ensure that sales objectives have been met.
• Constantly evaluates market situation.
• Take consultative sales approach.
• Work closely with other departments.
• Analyze market dynamics and competitive acts to decide on required action.
• Being senior management team member to present your department performance and forecast in the senior management team meeting.
