The Sales Executive is our our building brick, and is our most important job, especially when it comes to the Furniture retail sector.
It is expected from the sales executive to represent the core concept of our company and refelect all its values through a genuine customer interacation, we are not looking for a sales executive who spends his spare time between customer visits doing nothing, but rather we expect a dynamique, creative, hardworking, presentatble Sales executives who are willing to spend every second on the job working on the business development and his/her self development.

KEY JOB ROLES:
-Attend meetings and contribute to company strategy and policy-making as required.
-ask customers to fill information cards and then input the data into the customers database
-Fill in customer loyalty card in accordance to store policy and then input into customer loyalty database
-Maintain fair prices policy
-Maintain knowledge of current Discounts and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and refunds and Warranty policies
-Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires
-Answer Customer questions regarding the store and its merchandise
-Report customer feedback and unmet demands and requests through customer feedback forms
-Contact customers regularly with the new products available based on new items availability and/or customer specific preferences
-Prepare sales slips or sales contracts
-Exchange merchandise for customers and accept returns according to the store policy
-Prepare delivery orders and revise with warehouse for availability, follow up delivery punctuality and abide by punctual delivery policies
-Maintain knowledge of current store stock levels, and update the required forms required for sales operation
-Report delivery orders to sales manager regarding day to day sales orders, and also report to secretary for followup and quality assurance
-Revise Inventory stock and requisition new stock by reporting to sales manager
-fill in repair requests by customers and report to secretary/ logistics manager
-represent the store in trade fairs, sponsorships, events, and outdoor store activities
-Review price tags and products description on daily basis
-Report customer price comparisons to similar products in competitive stores and report to sales manager
-Fill in Customers requests to receive product photos and price offers by email and execute after reporting the requests to sales manager
-Follow and execute all company financial, operational, and logistical policies
-Maintain good professional relationship with customers
-Implementation of the store annual sales plan and its monthly targets and in accordance with the store policies
-Issue written orders to warehouse department regarding product preparation, inspection, and shipment to customers and complete all the required financial and logistical documentation
-issue Sales bills and receipts to customers and attach a copy of delivery permits to bills and send to the client and notify the financial departments with a copy of bills
