Prepare Financial Statements ( Balance Sheet & Income Statement ) and Reports on monthly basis. Prepare of Journal Entries and Posting Accounts to General ledger and all financial records. Cost Allocation ( Manufacturing Overheads ,General & Administrative, Marketing & Sales Expenses) Prepare of monthly trial balances.
Ensures Internal Procedures and Controls on Costs and Fixed Assets.
Manage banking activities including monthly bank reconciliations.
Monitors cash flow and report of major deviations.
Ability to handle cost accounting duty but not as a Section Head.
Capable of working on fixed assets & calculate monthly depreciation.
Annual Physical Stock checking for stock material & Capital Equipments.
