Job Description
- Develop and implement procurement strategies for civil infrastructure projects.
- Manage procurement operations from start to finish, including identifying suitable suppliers, soliciting bids, and monitoring delivery.
- Negotiate with suppliers and define contract terms and prices in line with project requirements.
- Monitor the quality of purchased materials and services and ensure their availability on schedule.
- Analyze data and prepare necessary reports to evaluate supplier performance and improve processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the construction sector.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build long-term relationships with suppliers.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
