What’s This Role All About? 

As our Fleet & Rider Relations Manager, you’re the heartbeat of our delivery operations. You’ll be hustling to recruit top-tier riders, ensuring they're well-trained, and maintaining the stellar service quality that QwK is known for. You’ll work closely with the Riders' Team Leader to ensure every package delivered is a testament to our commitment to excellence.

Here’s What You’ll Be Getting Up To:

• Rider Acquisition: Scout and recruit the best riders who are quick, reliable, and always ready with a smile.
• Training & Onboarding: Onboard new recruits with comprehensive training, ensuring they know the ins and outs of delivering excellence.
• Service Quality Assurance: Constantly monitor and uphold our high service standards. You’ll be the guardian of quality, making sure every delivery is perfect.
• Ongoing Support & Development: Offer continuous support and development opportunities for our riders, helping them grow and succeed in their roles.
• Liaison Work: Serve as the key link between riders and the Riders' Team Leader, ensuring smooth communication and operations.
• Logistics Management: Oversee the logistics of our delivery operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in our service delivery.
