Job Description
1-Search for new clients and maximizing customer potential in designated regions
2-Establishing new and maintaining existing, long-term relationships with customers
3-Manage and interpret customer requirements - listening to clients and using smart questioning to understand, anticipate and exceed their needs
4-Persuade clients with the product or service that will best satisfy their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery
5-Negotiate tender and contract terms, to meet both client and company objectives
6-Negotiate and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions
7-Offer after-sales support services and help in solving client problems
8-Administer client accounts, and following up collection
9-Meet regular sales targets in terms of volume sold and profits gained
10-Record and maintain client contact data
11-Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs
12-Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education
