The Sales Team Manager (Cairo & Alex )
Responsibilities: -
- Monitor & manage the day to day activities in his/her sales dept.
- Developing and maintaining of business and individuals.
- Control sales team member's targets
- Continuous preplanning of strategy.
- Analyze the results and participating in setting the company sales plans.
Qualifications:
- University Graduate (Post graduate education is an advantage)
- Minimum 4 years sales management experience (preferably insurance industry)
- Managerial and team building skills
- Target oriented , self organized and motivated.
- Bilingual, with high Communication, organizational and time management skills.
