Job: HR Specialist at Alfa Electronics in Cairo, Egypt

Administers all human resource activities for company and follow up policies, procedures, and documentation, Coordinate the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries.

1. Responsible for following up HR policies & procedures and coordinate the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries.
2. Review job description for update.
3. Develop and maintain relationship with employment agencies, universities and other recruitment sources.
4. Coordinate recruitment and selection process, post vacancy, review and screen CVs, interview applicants, evaluate applicant skills and make recommendations regarding applicant's qualifications.
5. Conduct employee orientation and benefit enrolment for new hire.
6. Responsible for data collection on salaries, benefits, job documentation, and job evaluation systems.
7. Maintains personnel files in compliance with applicable requirements.
8. Develop and maintain and up-to-date human resource data bases, computer software systems, and manual filing systems in timely fashion.
9. Answer daily questions and requests for personnel services in a timely, accurate and productive manner.
