Job: Sales Coordinator at HitekNOFAL Solutions in Cairo, Egypt

Job Summary:

To provide support to the sales team in undertaking their sales activities on a timely and effective manner including quotations, suppliers reports, letters to clients and filing.

Responsibilities:

Prepare quotations based on mutual agreement with the sales engineering and accordance the to the customers’ needs.

Identify products descriptions and specifications based on purchase order.

Maintain files for all inquiries and correspondence and incorporate them in customers’ database.

Issue some correspondence letters to the customers such as financial offers for tenders.

Assist and support the Sales Director with following up on the sales team activities including quotations and client correspondences.

Generate quotation reports to support the Sales director in strategic decision taking process.

Review all quotations to ensure compliance with pricing strategies and profit margins and provide      recommendations if necessary

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree from any discipline, preferably English Section
• 1-2 years of experience
• Good communication skills, team player & ability to work under pressure
• Highly organized & competent in meeting deadlines
• Fluency in English
• Experience in using CRM is a must
