Marketing Team Leader

The creators of the Albernameg, QSoft Ltd. have launched their latest project Tube Star Network http://tubestarnetwork.com, seeks an experienced Marketing Team Leader who is passionate about the media scene and drive our strategy forward. The successful candidate will have deep knowledge of concepts and technologies within the online advertising space, strong content development and messaging skills, experience working with agencies. Excellent marketing, communication and project management skills are an absolute must, as is a passion for creating marketing materials. The candidate will need to combine strategic-thinking with creativity.

This position is full-time, based in our Zamalek office.

Responsibilities


• Drive strategy and execution of key marketing campaigns
• Oversee projects and manage a team
• Work directly with talent creators to deeply understand needs of their productions and how our messaging and content can educate and inspire other talents and partners of all sizes
• Measure the impact of marketing campaigns and ROI
• Partner with global and cross-functional counterparts to drive and deliver scalable marketing programs
• Adapt and produce locally relevant content
• Develop speeches, presentations, marketing collateral and videos
• Manage a program calendar/roadmap and communicate to all stakeholders
• Event coordination and management

Requirements

• Minimum bachelors degree in Business, Design, Marketing or related field would be preferred
• 3-4 years of professional experience
• Outstanding ownership and ability to deliver
• Strong cross-functional and project management skills
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal (proven written communication skills)
• Ability to translate complex concepts into simple and intuitive communications
• Creative flair to bring fresh ideas to product positioning and marketing campaigns
• Comfort with a fast-paced, always-on, start-up environment
