The ideal candidate will bring innovative ideas and technologies to the table and help developing a robust and versatile online presence. The candidate is expected to design and implement the company website, responsible for both front-end and back-end development, including the implementation of themes and plugins. Your goal is to Maintain the Website to be attractive and user-friendly, you will be expected to explore broader web development frameworks and technologies to contribute significantly to the marketing efforts.

Job Responsibilities & Duties:

In addition to the primary development tasks that include:

• Meeting with The Marketing Manager to discuss website design and function
• Maintaining and managing the website back-end including database and server integration.
• Conducting website performance tests.
• Troubleshooting content issues.
• Helping formulate an effective, responsive design and turning it into a working theme and plugin.
• Ensuring high-performance and availability, and managing all technical aspects of the CMS
• Establishing and guiding the website’s architecture
• Designing and implementing new features and functionality

the candidate must also possess a keen ability to analyze and optimize the website post-launch. This involves:

• Conducting detailed performance analyses regularly.
• Implementing optimization strategies almost daily based on data and insights gathered.
• Ensuring our digital presence is not just maintained but continuously enhanced for optimal user experience and performance.
