Job Description
- Sell products and Services to customers.
- Achieving sales target.
- Respond to customer inquires and complaints.
- Analyzing sales data.
- Develop a trustworthy relationship with customers.
- Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.
- Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.
- Sales Specialist must work closely with technical studies team administrative team to communicate changing customer needs.
- Sales specialist must build great relationships with retail customers by constantly providing the customers with adequate information on products, services.
- Provide reports to top management like sales reports, lead generation reports, customer complaints reports, and new customers’ on-boarded reports.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Sales support specialist or Sales support associate
- Hands on experience with ERP and CRM systems
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
- In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical and multitasking skills
- Teamwork and motivational skills
- BS degree in Marketing or associates degree in relevant field a plus
