Job Description
- Generate Market Qualified leads with customer segmentation / Industry segmentation from various sources according to Business Generation Plan and revenue target.
- Responsible for generating and promoting product sales in the Gulf countries.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Communicate with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers to facilitate timely shipment of goods.
- Checking that shipments are delivered on time.
- Managing customs clearance procedures and transport documents.
- Sales calls and arranging remote meetings.
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues related to exports, such as shipping delays or customs hold.
- Monitor shipment schedules and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree or higher.
- Experience in export sales and customer service.
