Job Description
- Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
- Build and cultivate prospective relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications to make introductions to the sales team.
- Conduct a needs analysis to determine the level of interest and to identify the needs of the clients.
- Develop innovative approaches to generate high-quality leads.
- Online research skills and the ability to navigate various search engines and social media platforms.
- In partnership with the Sales Team, ensure the completeness and accuracy of the contact database through the Lead Generation manager.
- Effectively and consistently communicating leads through different communication channels.
- Organizational and documentation skills to track daily searches and new business leads.
- Participating in creating sales campaigns, including campaign planning, audience targeting, messaging, and reporting.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in business administration, marketing, or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in lead generation, B2B sales, or business development preferably in Videos /or healthcare markets .
- Experience with targeted online research.
- High knowledge of CRM and database management tools.
- Demonstrated competency using information technology and databases.
- Excellent verbal and written skills and proficiency in the English language.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and sales skills.
- Ability to multitask with good organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Fast learner and able to meet assigned team metrics/goals.
