Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Consultant with a minimum of 3 years of demonstrated success in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of market trends, strong negotiation skills, and a proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, including property owners, investors, developers, and tenants.
- Understand clients' needs and objectives to provide tailored real estate solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor, offering expert guidance throughout the buying, selling, or leasing process.
- Conduct thorough market research to analyze trends, property values, and competitor activities.
- Develop strategic plans to maximize property value and market exposure.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion within the local real estate market.
- Manage the entire sales and leasing process, from property listing to closing deals.
- Create compelling property listings and marketing materials to attract potential buyers or tenants.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sale or lease agreements to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
- Oversee all aspects of real estate transactions, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate inspections, appraisals, and other necessary steps to facilitate smooth closings.
- Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the transaction process, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with colleagues and internal teams to leverage resources and expertise.
- Share market insights, best practices, and industry knowledge to support team success.
- Act as a mentor and resource for junior consultants, offering guidance and support as needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales, or consulting.
- Strong understanding of local market dynamics, including property values, trends, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close deals.
- Proficiency in real estate software and tools, including CRM systems and listing platforms.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a client-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
