Job Description
- Responsible for all forklifts and minor mechanical tasks (including but not limited to troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, etc.)
- Confirm with the customer service visits that meet the agreed due time
- Perform maintenance duties for electrical/diesel forklifts
- Perform fault tracing and repair work for electrical & diesel forklift models
- Responsible for installing, controlling, inspecting commissioning / re-commissioning the new forklifts
- Ensure customer satisfaction for each job done.
- Perform final reports and documentation forms and ensure their reception to the service coordinator.
- Open new opportunities for the maintenance/repair needed during each and any assigned job.
- Handle all company assets (tools, field service cars…etc.)
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Power or Mechatronics Engineering is a must.
- 6-9 years of experience with a min. of 3 years in forklift maintenance (Materials handling Equipment) is a must.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
