Job Description
- Follow up with Sales Team and clients about the new bookings.
- Handling all customers inquires on a timely and quality manner.
- Follow up with different shipping lines using online and manual booking systems.
- Familiarity with all export operation procedures and documentations (shipping declaration, booking confirmations, final shipping declaration, drafts, BL issuance, and invoice issuance).
- Working closely with all departments, especially Sales Department and Finance Department.
- Immediately inform superiors about any service failure and incidents.
- Ensure timely and correctly system updates (MARS).
- Creating and updating daily reports.
Job Requirements
- Any relevant Bachelors’ Degree.
- 1-5 years of experience in freight forwarding field, (preferred Reefer)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office application.
- Very good level of English language.
