Job Description

  • Follow up with Sales Team and clients about the new bookings.
  • Handling all customers inquires on a timely and quality manner.
  • Follow up with different shipping lines using online and manual booking systems.
  • Familiarity with all export operation procedures and documentations (shipping declaration, booking confirmations, final shipping declaration, drafts, BL issuance, and invoice issuance).
  • Working closely with all departments, especially Sales Department and Finance Department.
  • Immediately inform superiors about any service failure and incidents.
  • Ensure timely and correctly system updates (MARS).
  • Creating and updating daily reports.

Job Requirements

  • Any relevant Bachelors’ Degree.
  • 1-5 years of experience in freight forwarding field,  (preferred Reefer)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office application.
  • Very good level of English language.
