Job Description
- Develop/Update, implement, and maintain BIM Workflow, protocols, and standards within the MEP Engineering Team.
- Ensure coordination between MEP/architecture/ID/structure/sub-consultants.
- Reviewing and preparing BIM execution plans, BIM Scope of work, and contractual documents.
- Ensure coordination and clash detection between MEP services.
- Attend BIM Coordination meetings, and follow up with the MEP teams.
- Manage Revit project production and project contents and standard library objects.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- 3-7 proven working experience.
- In-depth knowledge of the latest version of Autodesk Revit, and Navisworks.
- Excellent organizational skills and communication skills, both written and verbal.
