Job Description
- Identify the market opportunities and new trends.
- Conducted market analysis and competitive analysis.
- Gather and analyze customers' insights.
- Build long-term relationships with tenants and ensure the best communication.
- Finalize all required doc on the company system.
- Assist in setting and implementing marketing communication plans.
- Follow up on media planning for advertising campaigns to enhance activities performance.

- Collaborate with team and outsourcing to develop strategic partnership activities and implement the execution of farmwork and strategic plan on identified.
- Assist and create website content, promotional calendar, and action plan.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, and Marketing
- 3:5 years of experience in preferred Real Estate, Development in BTL, digital, reports, and analysis.
- Language: Excellent English
- Leadership Competencies (Problem solving and decision-making - Focus on customer satisfaction.)
