Job Description
- Lead and mentor team of developers providing technical guidance and support.
- Collaborate with business owners, stakeholders and other teams to establish project requirements and priorities.
- Drive the planning, execution and delivery of software projects ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
- Identify and address technical challenges risk and issues proactively and propose effective solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, identify opportunities for improvement and ensure adherence to coding best practices and architecture guidelines.
Job Requirements
- 8 - 11 years of work experience in software application development.
- Understanding of database concepts and web technology.
- Understanding of implementation of application design, development and application of work processes and tools.
- Experience in handling automated software and system management tools.
