Job Description
- Working in medical patient support programs.
- Responsible for handling patients requests and inquires.
- Coordinate between different parties in the assigned PSP.
- Generate regular project reports.
- Record all data and results in specified forms (paper and electronic) with accuracy and responsibility
- Maintain equipment and assist in ordering laboratory supplies.
- Ensure that all safety guidelines are followed strictly at all times and maintain a clean and orderly environment.
Job Requirements
- Degree in biology, chemistry or relevant field
- Working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and database systems
- A high level of empathy, compassion, and cultural sensitivity
- Experience: from 0 to 3 Y
- Experience in working with patients.
- Residential: Cairo and Giza.
- V. Good Command of English.
