Job Description
1. General Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to various departments within the company.
- Assist in managing and organizing documentation and files.
2. Communication and Correspondence:
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
3. Data Entry and Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate records and databases.
- Assist in data entry and management tasks.
4. Office Management:
- Manage office supplies and inventory.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the office space.
5. Assistance in Event Coordination:
- Support in planning and organizing company events and activities.
- Assist in coordinating internal meetings and training sessions.
6. Documentation and Filing:
- Prepare, edit, and proofread documents and reports.
- Organize and maintain filing systems.
7. Customer Service:
- Provide support in addressing customer inquiries and requests.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.

- Working hours : 8 hours (9 am : 5 pm)
- Days off : Friday
- Cairo residents only - Preferred near Heliopolis or Nasr City
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Bachelor degree - additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
- Good looking - without veil
- Good command of English language
