Job Description
- Quality engineers may work in laboratory settings running tests and duplicating real-world conditions.
- They use tools such as micrometers, calipers, gauges, volt meters, ammeters, and ohmmeters, as well as electronic inspection equipment like coordinate measuring machines (CMMs), to aid them in their work.
- The quality engineer also designs systems by which production quality can be checked in an ongoing process.
- In addition, quality engineers typically work with the production team to implement any new testing criteria or assembly methods they may have developed.
- Provides statistical information for quality improvement by identifying testing methods and samples.
- Enhance and monitor all process in the production process.
- Maintain a good background and willing to study the technical specs and details of all raw materials
- Shall organize all documentation related to Production Raw materials.
- Shall monitor all arrivals of insulation products and its accessories and be able to test and verify if the products supplied are complying to our minimum requirements.
- Provide any products samples needed by the sales team.
- Visit clients to help them with their technical requirements on site.
- Determines quality improvement parameters by identifying statistical methods relevant to manufacturing processes.
- Establishes statistical confidence by identifying sample size and acceptable error; determining levels of confidence.
- Develops experiments by applying full and fractional factorial techniques.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data; making recommendations.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies;
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Job Requirements
