Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential clients through market research and lead generation techniques.
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our software solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to understand their business needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to develop tailored sales strategies and proposals.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing agreements to maximize profitability.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports, including pipeline management and opportunity tracking.
- Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation.
- Extensive networking and interpersonal skills in complex environments
- Attention to Detail and System Usage: Proven discipline and attention to detail with the usage of sales management and recording systems, as well as efficient expectation setting and follow-up practices.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in software sales or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of software products, preferably in areas such as turn-key enterprise solutions.
- Experience with Digital Transformation total solutions is an edge.
- Experience with Sports Management software solutions is an edge.
- Experience with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales productivity tools.
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
