Job Description
- Collecting data and Reporting to the chairman in a professional report
- Collect data from managers in the company and reporting to chairman
- Will travel to middle east and Europe with or without chairman for meetings
- Attending all meetings to write meeting points and meeting objectives and handing it to the chairman
- Going to fairs and exhibitions to factories and suppliers data
- Contacting suppliers and factories from all around to world for our business
- Making professional quotations, proforma invoices, and purchase orders documents
- Contacting vip clients for ceremonies
- Visiting clients and vip relations to finish chairman duties
- Sending sms and whatsapp to clients
- Handling social media replies and marketing company
- Answering calls for chairman
- Handling all chairman paperwork and documents and banks
Job Requirements
- Arabic fluent, English fluent, German (if applicable)
- Professional in using Microsoft excel and word and PowerPoint
- Adobe acrobat
- Adobe photoshop (if applicable)
- Not under 40 years old
- Have to have Car
- To be living Near masr gedida or tagmo3
- Wear Suits
