Job Description

  • Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies.
  • Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates.
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs.
  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities.
  • Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities.
  • Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions and devise innovative growth strategies.
  • Apply and develop specific marketing tactics that build on consumer and customer insight to deliver overall brand objectives.
  • Managing and developing all marketing strategies and activities in the company
  • Deploy successful online marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
  • Work on increasing the potential customer's database and attracting newer customers.
  • Manage all marketing communications including press relations, special events, BTL collaterals, and community outreach activities.
  • Develop executive annual brand strategies and marketing plans.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the execution and accomplishment of brand objectives.
  • Provide business analysis/insight into developing brand strategies to support the brand franchise.
  • Product planning, pricing, and positioning, in addition to interfacing with all organizations within the business to deliver efficient growth and profitability.
  • Work with company development to deliver a winning product strategy and plan with business development around strategic partnership and technology alliances.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
  • 3-6 Years of experience in a similar role preferably in FMCG (Detergents or home care sectors).
  • Excellent command of English language (Speaking, reading and writing).
  • Proven working experience as Brand Manager.
  • Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mindset.
  • Up to date with latest trends and marketing best practices.
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
