Job Description
- Perform a variety of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and aromatherapy, to address the specific needs and preferences of clients.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to assess their health history, concerns, and desired outcomes, ensuring a personalized and tailored massage experience.
- Create a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere for clients, maintaining cleanliness and organization in treatment rooms and spa areas.
- Recommend appropriate massage treatments and wellness enhancements based on individual client needs and goals.
- Maintain accurate records of client appointments, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with company policies and regulations.
- Uphold high standards of professionalism and ethics, demonstrating respect, confidentiality, and sensitivity to client comfort and boundaries.
- Continuously expand knowledge and skills through ongoing education and training in massage therapy techniques, anatomy, physiology, and holistic wellness practices.
- Collaborate with other wellness professionals, such as fitness trainers, nutritionists, and estheticians, to provide integrated health and wellness solutions for clients.
